ObliGuard is a contract obligation tracking service that helps freelancers and small teams:

- Receive notifications about upcoming obligations
- Organize and manage contract-related data
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all activity under your account
- You may not share your account with others
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Share or distribute confidential information without proper authorization
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. Your trial will automatically expire unless you choose to subscribe.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions
- You retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation
Data and Privacy
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to our Service
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Third-party service interruptions beyond our control

- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Pose a security risk to our Service or other users
